- Oversee the financial management of our Munich branch, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the operational team to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability, monitor and control costs, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business development and strategic planning.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the finance team, operational teams, and senior management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial or commercial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial management principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is an asset.
