The Customer Operations team is dedicated to removing obstacles and fostering business expansion by ensuring optimal demand fulfillment and proactive order management in collaboration with customers and sales teams. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the order-to-cash cycle at Texas Instruments, while also allowing you to undertake a project aligned with your academic pursuits.
The focus of the Customer Operations team is on logistics and supply/demand management processes. Our objective is to meet annual revenue targets by ensuring effective backlog management and proactive order handling. This involves analyzing and comprehending processes, as well as driving improvements through automation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in various projects that enhance your understanding of customer operations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, with advanced language skills being advantageous.
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP and Business Objects is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
