Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Concept Engineering Manager to join our team at Linde GmbH, Gases Division. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Hydrogen and Carbon Capture (HyCO) products and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously optimize HyCO products and standards
  • Demonstrate LG HyCO capabilities to customers, presenting convincing and compelling solutions
  • Support technical concept development and optimization of investment budgets for onsite supply schemes in EMEA
  • Participate in milestone project reviews (PFD, PID, HAZOP, 3D Model)
  • Carry out market analyses and benchmark Linde or competitor technologies
Requirements
  • Masters or University degree in engineering or a similar discipline
  • Proven track record in roles related to HyCO processes and/or HyCO Technologies
  • Experience in conceptual engineering (FEL, FEED studies) and/or execution of HyCO projects
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of commercial and technical aspects based on market requirements
  • Methodical approach paired with high work efficiency
  • Proactive, autonomous working style and good experience regarding cross-functional and cross-cultural teamwork
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
