## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the development of new large project investment opportunities for Linde in the EMEA region, with a specific focus on Clean Hydrogen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the maturation of opportunities from concept to final investment decision, with a strong emphasis on commercial structure and financial modeling.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of new project investment opportunities in Clean Hydrogen, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely decisions
* Utilize your understanding of markets, competitive landscape, regulatory framework, and customer trends to develop investment opportunities
* Connect with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop safe, technical, and commercial concepts with Linde's offerings
* Close long-term supply agreements without dilution of value during negotiation of T&Cs

## Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline
* +5 years relevant experience in Industrial Gas business driving complex projects and leading high-performing teams
* Strong understanding of project management, leading workstreams, and ensuring accountability
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
* Good commercial skills and investment opportunity development
* Strong experience with customer relationships development and key leadership attributes
