Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Steuerberater, der sich auf internationale Transaktionen spezialisiert hat, um unserem Team in Berlin zu joinen. Als Manager im Bereich International Tax wirst du verantwortlich für die selbständige steuerliche Beratung und Betreuung von ausländischen Investoren der Immobilienbranche.
Deine Aufgaben
- Steuerliche Beratung und Betreuung von ausländischen Investoren der Immobilienbranche
- Fachliche Führung von jüngeren Kollegen
- Unterstützung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen und Umstrukturierungen
- Begleitung von Außenprüfungen und Rechtsbehelfsverfahren
- Ansprechpartner für komplexe steuerliche Fragestellungen
Deine Qualifikationen
- Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgelegt
- Berufserfahrung im internationalen Steuerrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Steuer-, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Handeln
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Organisationsstärke
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- Freundliche und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
