As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear and deliverable Fleet & Used Car Strategy to drive volume, profit, and customer experience in luxury car sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Fleet Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to devise a set of Europe Fleet guidelines, considering future market inclusion, and monitor and analyze Fleet & Used car sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast and Analyze Sales Performance: Ensure a robust and accurate weekly forecast and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Enhance Fleet Organization and Processes: Provide guidance and support to markets in enhancing their Fleet organization and processes, actively identifying needs and opportunities.
- Business Reviews and Recommendations: Collaborate with markets to analyze and report on NSCs' fleet sales programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Leasing Sales Programs and Customer Relations: Collaborate with Hyundai Capital and White Label partners to coordinate Genesis Leasing sales programs and manage business relations with pan-European customers.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in corporate fleet management and remarketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related position. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to judge independently and understand how various factors and trends can impact business decision-making.
