Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Business Development Analyst (m/w/d) Mergers and Acquisitions und Private Equity, der sich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Geschäftsentwicklung begeistert.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickelst du Zielgerichtete Strategien für die Fachgebietsgruppe Mergers and Acquisitions und die Branchengruppe Private Equity
  • Erstellst du wettbewerbsfähige Pitch Books und überzeugende Präsentationen
  • Identifizierst du Investoren und Investitionsziele und bringst dich aktiv ein
  • Arbeitest du zusammen mit dem Mergers and Acquisitions und Private Equity-Team an der Akquisition neuer Mandate
  • Übernimmst du eigenständig die Marktrecherchen zur Entwicklung von Business Development Leads
  • Förderst du Cross-Selling-Initiativen und entwickelst neue Ideen
  • Steuerst du die Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale und entwickelst CRM-Strategien für ausgewählte Key Clients
  • Erstellt du Daten für juristische Fachverlage und Mergers and Acquisitions Rankings
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Professional Services Umfeld oder im Transaktionsgeschäft eines Unternehmens
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Begeisterung für wirtschaftliche und wirtschaftsrechtliche Themen, Gespür für Märkte und Entwicklungen
  • Strategisches Denken, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität bringst Du mit
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, überzeugendes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und Internetrecherchen, idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit einschlägigen Mergers and Acquisitions-Datenbanken
  • Qualitätsbewusster, dienstleistungsorientierter, selbständiger, zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil und Einsatzbereitschaft
