Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating pitch presentations, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations
  • Be actively involved in communication with clients and investors, working closely with senior team members
  • Develop integrated financial models, financial analyses, and company valuations
  • Contribute to the creation of industry, company, and competitive analyses
  • Support due diligence activities
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on corporate finance, or have recently completed a degree with excellent results
  • Relevant experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, or private equity is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and client demands
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
