Your Role Includes:
- Leading diverse international projects of varying complexities, ensuring adherence to project management standards and contributing to their enhancement.
- Providing influential leadership to project teams, promoting collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing the planning, management, and control of costs, deliverables, timelines, and external service providers.
- Designing projects, maintaining updates, and reporting status using our enterprise-wide project management software.
- Engaging in continuous dialogue and partnership-based actions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and develop solutions for any challenges that arise.
- Contributing to the evolution of project management standards and participating in the global project management community.
Your Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in economics.
- Extensive experience in project management with full accountability for scope, timelines, and budget, including international projects.
- Experience in managing projects within the insurance or financial sectors is advantageous.
- Desirable experience in project program management.
- Project management certification (minimum IPMA level C, PMP, or equivalent).
- Proficient in facilitation and presentation techniques.
- Familiarity with (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.
- Strategic vision, structured thinking, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented communication style.
