Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sustainability Management team. As a Working Student Sustainability Management, you will play a key role in supporting our preparations for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other sustainability standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of BestSecret's Sustainability Report, highlighting our progress, achievements, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research on current and emerging trends in sustainability, and share valuable insights and knowledge with the team.
  • Prepare materials, such as project-related papers, to facilitate informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team on sustainability-related matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of sustainability initiatives, fostering BestSecret's sustainable practices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business or management, with a strong academic record.
  • Practical experience through an internship or working student position in consulting, project management, or sustainability.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (verbal and written).
