Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sustainability Team as a Working Student Sustainability Management. The successful candidate will support our preparations for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other sustainability standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of BestSecret's Sustainability Report, highlighting our progress, achievements, and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research on current and emerging trends in sustainability, and share valuable insights and knowledge with the team.
- Prepare materials, such as project-related papers, to facilitate informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team on sustainability-related matters.
- Participate in ongoing sustainability initiatives, assisting developments and implementations that foster BestSecret's sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's program in business, management, or a related field.
- Practical experience through an internship or a working student position in consulting, project management, or sustainability.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, with very good attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills in German (verbal & written).
