Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Sustainability Management to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our preparations for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other sustainability standards and regulations.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of BestSecret's sustainability strategy and initiatives.
- Contribute to the production of our Sustainability Report, highlighting our progress, achievements, and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare materials, such as project-related papers, to facilitate informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team on sustainability-related matters.
- Conduct thorough research on current and emerging trends in sustainability and share valuable insights and knowledge with the team.
- Take an active role in ongoing sustainability initiatives, assisting developments and implementations that foster BestSecret's sustainable practices.
About You
- You are in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, or management with a strong academic record and good analytical and communication skills.
- You have gained practical experience through an internship or a working student position in consulting, project management, or sustainability, and are passionate about sustainability.
- You are adept with the MS Office toolkit, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- You are capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- You have excellent communication skills in German (verbal and written).
- Experience in the textile, e-commerce sector, or sustainability is a plus.
