We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our project core team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assuming accountability for project engineering costs, time, and quality
  • Analyzing contracts to identify project-specific deviations from our established standards
  • Planning, monitoring, and managing interfaces among different product teams and plant engineering disciplines
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding all engineering-related matters
  • Organizing and leading internal and external engineering reviews
  • Managing engineering deviations and changes
  • Collaborating with technical managers and the technical system manager to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as an engineering manager in significant plant engineering projects
  • Profound knowledge of metallurgical plant engineering
  • Demonstrated assertiveness, effective communication, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Keen awareness of pricing and cost considerations
  • High level of resilience and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German
  • Openness to international travel
