Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee project engineering costs, timelines, and quality. The successful candidate will review contracts for deviations from standards and manage interfaces between product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project engineering costs, timelines, and quality
  • Review contracts for deviations from standards and manage interfaces between product teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on engineering matters
  • Lead internal and external engineering reviews
  • Manage engineering deviations and changes
  • Collaborate with technical managers and system managers on project schedules
  • Plan, monitor, and control deliverable-based engineering efforts

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience as an engineering manager in plant engineering projects
  • Expertise in metallurgical plant engineering
  • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
  • Awareness of pricing and cost considerations
  • Resilient and team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Openness to international travel
