Lead Account Manager for Healthcare

PINK gegen Brustkrebs GmbH is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive (m/f/d) to enhance our sales team remotely, focusing on the Western sales region.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with nurturing and expanding our partnerships with healthcare professionals in specialized breast cancer facilities. Your contributions will be essential in promoting our Digital Health Application, PINK, and improving the overall care provided to breast cancer patients. Collaboration with the PINK Team and the Director of Key Account Management will be key, as well as regular engagement with both internal and external sales teams to ensure effective outreach to the outpatient sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and sustaining long-term relationships with physicians and medical professionals in specialized breast cancer centers.
  • Offering expert guidance and support to healthcare providers in integrating our Digital Health Application PINK into their treatment protocols.
  • Facilitating seamless incorporation into existing treatment frameworks.
  • Planning and executing training sessions and presentations for healthcare professionals regarding Digital Health Applications and PINK.
  • Providing efficient support through various channels including phone, digital platforms, and in-person visits.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and partnerships to meet objectives within your designated area.
  • Participating in relevant congresses and events in the fields of oncology, senology, and gynecology.
  • Coordinating and engaging in patient information days organized by breast centers and cancer societies.
  • Continuously analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in breast cancer treatment.
  • Documenting client interactions and sales efforts in our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • A degree in medicine, pharmacy, health management, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably with a focus on breast cancer patient care in oncology or senology.
  • Familiarity with healthcare structures and processes, along with experience in selling health-related products, ideally digital health solutions or medical technology in gynecology.
  • Strong organizational skills, a high degree of autonomy, and a willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex medical and technical information clearly.
  • A strong service orientation and commitment to building lasting relationships.
  • Empathy for the challenges faced by breast cancer patients and their specific needs.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and staying informed about developments in Digital Health Applications and treatment methodologies.
  • Established connections with oncologists, hospitals, professional associations, and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
