Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mass Spectrometry Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global support organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers worldwide, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with our field service organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers worldwide, resolving complex technical issues related to Thermo Fisher Scientific mass spectrometers.
- Collaborate closely with our field service organization to ensure seamless support to customers.
- Support software updates and training for field service engineers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Participate in the new product introduction (NPI) process and create support documents for new instruments.
- Graduate-level qualification or equivalent vocational experience in Electronics, Science, and/or Physics.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and technical experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific mass spectrometers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong commercial understanding.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for onsite troubleshooting, training, and installation support.
