Embark on an internship in the realm of business process optimization, where you can apply your academic insights in a practical setting. Join our team during your studies, acquire invaluable hands-on experience, and assist us in guiding our clients through the modernization of their operational processes and organizational frameworks. Your focus will be on process enhancement and efficiency in sectors such as Finance, IT, or Supply Chain Management, while helping to uncover potential improvements through digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
If you are enthusiastic about refining and advancing processes and organizations, consider this internship opportunity with us, where you will contribute for at least 3-6 months in the following domains:
- Support your team in advising clients on aligning their organizational structures and operational processes in areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Production, Sales, Finance, or Compliance.
- Assist in identifying cost drivers and uncovering improvement opportunities, particularly those achievable through digitalization and automation.
- Gain exposure to project management, contribute to project evaluations, and aid in the implementation of organizational changes.
- Engage in risk-oriented assessments, development and enhancement of integrated management systems, and the design and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks.
- To undertake an internship in business process optimization, you should have completed at least three semesters of studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences.
- Relevant experience through previous internships in areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management, (IT) project management, or Sales is advantageous.
- You should have a keen interest in digital transformation projects aimed at reorganization, cost reduction, or process enhancement, particularly concerning organizational, procedural, and IT requirements.
- Proficiency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level is required; knowledge of a programming language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to support clients on-site is expected.
