Your Role: Process Optimization Specialist in Shipbuilding

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of shipbuilding projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement within the shipbuilding sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimize process management frameworks for shipbuilding projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Lead process analysis initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design to production and delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimized work processes in sub-projects and subcontractor engagements.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented process changes.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and change management within the shipbuilding industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
