Do you hold a degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics and have gained professional experience in the insurance sector? Are you well-versed in the areas of life insurance, occupational pension schemes, and related business processes, including IT portals and interfaces? If so, you are the perfect fit for our Insurance team.

Your role is pivotal in driving our company's success, acting as a key player at the intersection of business departments and IT for our clients in the insurance industry. As an Insurance Process Consultant, you will be an integral part of the team, assisting in shaping a product vision and gathering requirements. You will structure, prepare, and communicate these requirements to the entire team, significantly contributing to the development of high-quality products.

Specifically, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Providing expert consultation to clients in the insurance sector on implementing digital transformation (process and IT optimization) in the area of occupational pension schemes.
  • Advising on all aspects of digitalization with a focus on occupational pensions (e.g., mass processing, advisory tools, digital notifications).
  • Collaborating within a traditional or agile cross-functional team.
  • Gathering and managing requirements for software solutions such as corporate client portals, employee self-services, and advisory tools by formulating user stories and supporting the Product Owner with backlog management.
  • Ensuring quality through test management and professional approvals.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in the insurance sector – strong knowledge of the business processes related to occupational pensions or experience with IT systems, portals, and their interfaces.
  • Experience in traditional or agile project management.
  • Strong conceptual, methodological, and analytical skills, quick comprehension, as well as persuasive and creative abilities.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and action.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
