Als Medical Science Liaison Manager (m/w/d) Neurologie bei Merz Therapeutics sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams, das sich für die Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung einsetzt. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen, die Förderung von Thought Leaders und die Initiierung von Kooperationsprojekten. Sie werden sich mit unseren Kunden in der Region Norddeutschland austauschen und gemeinsame Ziele verfolgen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Patientenversorgung: Sie werden interdisziplinäre Netzwerke aufbauen und pflegen, um die Versorgung von Patienten mit neurologischen Bewegungsstörungen und Begleitsymptomatik zu optimieren.
  • Nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen: Sie werden unsere regionalen Kunden betreuen und mit ihnen zusammenarbeiten, um langfristige und nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Thought Leader Engagement: Sie werden Thought Leaders im Bereich Neurologie identifizieren und fördern, um wissenschaftliche Diskussionen und Veranstaltungen zu unterstützen.
  • Kooperation & Netzwerk: Sie werden wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse nutzen, um neue Kooperationsprojekte und Netzwerke zu initiieren.
  • Projektarbeit: Sie werden wissenschaftliche Projekte und Trainings bei unseren Kunden vor Ort planen und umsetzen.
  • Wissenschaftlicher Austausch: Sie werden unsere Produkte anwenden und komplexe Fragestellungen evidenzbasiert beantworten. Sie werden wissenschaftlichen Austausch fördern, um bestmögliche Patientenversorgung sicherzustellen.
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften (z.B. PhD, MD, PharmD), idealerweise mit Promotion
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Pharmazeutischen Industrie in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Neurologie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Meinungsbildnern sowie im Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken zwischen Kunden und Institutionen (z.B. Fachgesellschaften und Verbänden)
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Storytelling und in der Präsentation, sowie sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten als Referent bei (virtuellen) Veranstaltungen
  • Kompetenz in der Leitung von Projekten sowie in der Konzeption und Moderation medizinischer und wissenschaftlicher Veranstaltungen
  • Kenntnisse digitaler Kommunikationskanäle und sicherer Umgang mit virtuellen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu reisen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
