Responsibilities

Assist the team with daily operations and ongoing projects, including conducting research, preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing various administrative duties. Contribute to the enhancement of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and support the implementation of our rollout strategies for both internal and external audiences. Create targeted media content for our social media platforms and internal/external communication channels, while aiding in the management of diverse communication campaigns. Help organize and execute initiatives aimed at identifying and enhancing the employee experience to foster a sense of belonging and improve overall workplace satisfaction. Research and apply the latest trends in employee experience and employer branding, contributing innovative ideas to enrich our initiatives.

Your Qualifications

You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, (Media) Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's program or have commenced a Master's program. Ideally, you possess experience in media production, post-production, copywriting, photography, or related disciplines. You are available to dedicate 15-20 hours per week to support our team. You have a keen interest in employer branding and employee experience topics, with prior knowledge in HR processes being advantageous. Proficient in MS Office Tools, well-organized, structured, and capable of working independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in German is an advantage. Eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment, focusing on promoting inclusive behavior and communication, with an international perspective to create diverse and inclusive content.
