Your Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily operations and ongoing projects, including conducting research, preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing various administrative tasks. Contribute to the enhancement of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and support the implementation of our strategies for both internal and external audiences. Create targeted media content for our social media platforms and internal/external communication channels, and assist in managing diverse communication campaigns. Aid in organizing and executing initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience and promote a sense of belonging, ultimately improving workplace satisfaction. Research and analyze the latest trends in employee experience and employer branding, contributing innovative ideas to enrich our initiatives.Your Qualifications
You are currently studying Human Resources, Marketing, (Media) Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or have commenced a Master's program. Experience in media production, post-production, copywriting, photography, or related fields is advantageous. You are available to dedicate 15-20 hours per week to support our team. You possess a strong interest in employer branding and employee experience topics, with prior knowledge in HR processes being beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office Tools, well-organized, structured, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in German is a plus. You are enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment, focusing on fostering inclusive behavior and communication, and possess an international mindset to create diverse content.Our Team Values: We prioritize collaboration over competition, trust over control, and prompt action over rigid processes.
