Your Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily operations and ongoing initiatives, including conducting research, preparing decision documents, creating presentations, and managing various administrative duties Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in implementing best practices and encouraging adaptability Aid in building trusting relationships by resolving issues, providing practical solutions, and teaching essential frameworks Evaluate team processes and practices to identify areas for enhancement and assess the impact of changes on performance Support the development of self-service tools that empower teams and individuals to thrive in their rolesYour Profile
You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's program or have commenced a Master's program You have 15-20 hours per week available to assist our team You possess a strong interest in team development and support, with some practical experience in agile methodologies being advantageous Initial experience in facilitating team routines; familiarity with agile methods such as retrospectives or reviews is also beneficial Well-organized, structured, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
