Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Bereichsleiter (Area Manager) für unseren Dragee-Bereich. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Produktionsabläufe und Kapazitäten im Bereich Dragee.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Produktionsabläufe und Kapazitäten im Bereich Dragee
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams von ca. 100 Mitarbeitenden
  • Gewährleistung und Überprüfung unserer Produktqualität
  • Verantwortung für Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien sowie die Produkt- und Arbeitssicherheit für alle Beschäftigten
  • Ausrichtung unserer Drageeherstellung und Verpackung an unseren Zertifizierungsstandards (IFS Higher Level)
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsanlagen und Prozesse
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Abschluss als Techniker oder Meister oder Studium
  • Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Lösungsorientierte, umsichtige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word) und SAP
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
