Fidelium GmbH ist eine dynamische und international orientierte Private Equity Gesellschaft, die sich auf die Unterstützung von Unternehmen in herausfordernden Situationen spezialisiert hat. Unser Ziel ist es, Unternehmen nachhaltig zu optimieren und deren Wachstumspotenziale zu realisieren.

Wir verwalten einen kapitalstarken Fonds, der von deutschen Unternehmerfamilien unterstützt wird, mit einem langfristigen Fondsvermögen von EUR 150 Mio.. Dieses Kapital steht für die Akquisition von Unternehmen, Folgeinvestitionen und strategischen Zukäufen zur Verfügung. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Identifikation und Entwicklung von Beteiligungen mit signifikantem Wertsteigerungspotenzial, die von unserem operativen Engagement profitieren können.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Analyse von Investitionsmöglichkeiten im westeuropäischen Raum im Rahmen der Due Diligence, Erstellung von Businessplänen und Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen über verschiedene Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle hinweg
  • Entwicklung von Unternehmensstrategien und Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen zur Steigerung der operativen Effizienz
  • Begleitung der Portfoliounternehmen aus der Fonds-Perspektive (KPI-Analysen, Finanzmodellierung usw.)
  • Unterstützung beim Monitoring von Portfoliounternehmen und deren operativer Begleitung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an allen Aspekten von M&A-Prozessen, vom Erwerb bis zum erfolgreichen Exit
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften mit starkem Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung von 1-3 Jahren in den Bereichen Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services oder Unternehmensberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanz-, GuV- und Cashflow-Analysen, Unternehmensbewertung und Finanzmodellierung
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Teamarbeit
