Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (m/w/d) for Ventilation and Climate Technology to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing maintenance and repair projects for technical building equipment. You will also be responsible for coordinating with external contractors and suppliers, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement maintenance and repair projects for technical building equipment
  • Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, architecture)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building services and climate control systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

About the Role
