Logistics Project Manager

LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH is a reputable mid-sized logistics firm operating across Germany and its neighboring regions, focusing on contract and transport logistics solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion for new client acquisitions
  • Initial engagement, data collection, and organization of new client outsourcing initiatives
  • Design tailored solutions to identify the most effective warehouse logistics systems based on client specifications
  • Prepare detailed calculations and professional proposals
  • Provide expert customer support throughout the sales journey
  • Independently plan, size, and bid on warehouse logistics systems
  • Collaborate in the establishment of new logistics facilities, particularly in the context of client acquisition
  • Facilitate, conduct, and lead process workshops with clients and suppliers

Your Profile:

  • A completed degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated project achievements in logistics
  • Professional and service-oriented approach to managing demanding clients
  • Experience in negotiating logistics contracts
  • Strong flexibility, teamwork, communication skills, and assertiveness
