Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to enhance our thriving sales division in the DACH region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in broadening our brand's reach among the "German Mittelstand"—successful enterprises generating up to 1 billion€ in revenue. Collaborating closely with our marketing and customer success experts, you will contribute to formulating the go-to-market strategy tailored for your territory.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this position, you will:

  • Oversee the sales cycle from qualification and business analysis to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Consistently secure new business at or above target levels.
  • Conduct impactful meetings with potential clients through both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
  • Develop expertise in sustainability and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for EcoVadis' comprehensive suite of products and services.
  • Drive business growth in the DACH region utilizing Account-Based Sales Development techniques.
  • Bring innovative thinking and strategies to further our company’s distinctive values and vision.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong drive and a commitment to pursuing a career in sales within a vibrant international setting. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced consultative sales capabilities and exceptional closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
  • Fluency in both German and English, as discussions will involve complex sustainable procurement solutions in both languages.
  • Insight into the DACH market and corporate business culture.
  • Knowledge in sustainability, HSQE, procurement, environmental issues, and/or human rights.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
