Treasury Operations Specialist

Position Overview
As a key player in the Corporate Finance sector within Group Treasury, you will be responsible for:
- Enhancing the operational framework of Corporate Finance.
- Ensuring the liquidity of the DKV Mobility Group through the in-house banking system while managing intricate financing and capital structures in a global context.
- Overseeing working capital management and spearheading ongoing improvements.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, as well as decision-making documents.
- Managing treasury-related aspects of post-merger integrations for international acquisitions.
- Developing and refining the treasury reporting, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Acting as the primary liaison for relevant stakeholders and financing partners.
Qualifications
- A degree in economics or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably within the treasury department of an international organization with a capital market focus.
- Proficient understanding of IFRS accounting and treasury regulations, alongside strong expertise in SAP FI/BW and other treasury software tools.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and goal-oriented, complemented by robust valuation and financing skills.
- Fluency in German and excellent written and spoken English.
