Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Sustainability Management to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our preparations for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other sustainability standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of BestSecret's sustainability strategy and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on current and emerging trends in sustainability and provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Assist in the production of BestSecret's Sustainability Report, highlighting our progress, achievements, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare materials, such as project-related papers, to facilitate informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team on sustainability-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainability opportunities and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (verbal and written).
  • Experience in the textile, e-commerce sector, or sustainability is a plus.
