Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, overseeing resource allocation, project execution, and campaign management for all marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team to elevate their skills and performance.
  • Identify and implement effective online marketing strategies for both national and international clientele, crafting campaigns based on customer insights throughout the marketing funnel and lifecycle.
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of our online presence, including our website, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
  • Conceive and produce targeted communication content tailored to specific audiences and applications.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products into the market.
  • Manage budget planning and monitoring, alongside conducting competitive analysis and market intelligence.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for the CEO and CSO.
  • Collaborate with teams in the US and UK, as well as with partners and distributors.
Qualifications
  • A degree in marketing, communications, media, or product design, or equivalent training in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in B2B and online marketing, particularly in digital campaign management.
  • A creative, independent thinker with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong affinity for online and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Proactive involvement in projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
