Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, overseeing resource allocation, project execution, and campaign strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members to elevate their professional skills and capabilities.
  • Identify and implement effective online marketing strategies tailored for both national and international clients, creating campaigns based on customer insights throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of our digital platforms, including the website, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
  • Develop and conceptualize targeted communication content relevant to our audience and applications.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products into the market.
  • Manage budget planning and monitoring, along with conducting competitive analysis.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with international teams and partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  • A degree in marketing, communications, media, or product design, or equivalent professional training.
  • Extensive experience in B2B and online marketing, with a strong grasp of digital campaign management.
  • Creative, self-driven, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong affinity for online and social media platforms.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proactive involvement in projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
