Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant | Office Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Plan and organize internal and external events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensure the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Completed education in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Excellent German and English language skills
