Job Title: Global Accounting Manager

HRS Group, a pioneer in business travel, is seeking a Global Accounting Manager to oversee accounting processes and manage a team of professionals. You will report directly to the Vice President Finance and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports
  • Manage subsidiary financial reporting and analysis
  • Support foreign subsidiaries in financial matters and provide guidance on accounting standards
  • Execute intercompany recharges and daily financial tasks
  • Improve financial processes and procedures
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance
  • Lead and coach a team of accounting professionals

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Leadership experience in group accounting or financial operations
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, tax issues, and financial regulations
  • Experience in international tax audits and consolidation processes
  • Familiarity with financial software, including SAP and MS Office
  • Fluency in English and German
