About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead Global Accounting to lead a team of accounting professionals and drive overall accounting process optimization. As a key member of our Finance team, you will report directly to the Vice President Finance and work closely with various stakeholders across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated annual, quarterly, and monthly financial statements of the HRS Group
  • Ensure reporting of subsidiaries as part of the reporting processes
  • Support foreign subsidiaries in all accounting issues
  • Prepare monthly bank reporting and other ad-hoc reports
  • Operational execution of consolidation, preparation of intercompany recharges, and handling of day-to-day business
  • Secure continuous improvement of accounting processes
  • Lead and coach a team of up to 3 people

Requirements

  • Completed university degree with a background in business administration or a comparable apprenticeship
  • Comprehensive professional experience in a leadership position in the area of group accounting with complex group structures
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and external reporting standards (in particular with regard to accounting standards according to HGB and IFRS) and tax issues
  • Experience in international tax audits and internal group consolidation processes
  • Knowledge of cross-border transfer pricing systems
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, LucaNET, and MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
