About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager CHC to join our team at Aptar Radolfzell GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy for our Consumer Health Care division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Aptar Pharma business, including our Consumer Health Care division and its various business categories.
  • Develop global marketing strategies to support business development and drive growth in our Consumer Health Care division.
  • Build and lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver successful global marketing plans, including digital marketing, external communications, thought leadership, advertising, events, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing functions worldwide to adapt our global marketing strategy to meet regional needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our global team of Business Development Managers and Product Management Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a focus on marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health care industries.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) required.
  • Digital marketing, social media, and AI-based content generation experience a plus.
