Your Future Role:

As the Global Marketing Manager for the Consumer Health Care (CHC) sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and communications strategy for our diverse product lines, which include dermal treatments, cough and cold remedies, allergy solutions, eye care products, and vitamins and supplements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain comprehensive insights into Aptar's operations, focusing on the CHC division and its market dynamics.
  • Formulate and implement global marketing strategies tailored to the CHC product categories to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans, overseeing various initiatives such as:
    • Digital marketing campaigns, external communications, thought leadership, advertising, events, product launches, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams worldwide to adapt the global strategy to local market needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to a global team of Business Development Managers and the CHC Product Management Team.
Your Qualifications:
  • A degree in business or a related field, ideally with a focus on marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or nutritional sectors.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and AI-driven content creation is advantageous.
