Your Future Role:

As the Global Marketing Manager for Consumer Health Care (CHC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and communications strategy for our CHC division, which generates over $350 million in annual sales. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Gaining comprehensive insights into the Aptar Pharma operations, focusing on the CHC division and its various market segments.
  • Crafting and implementing global marketing strategies tailored to the CHC division's product categories to drive business growth.
  • Leading the development and execution of annual global marketing plans, which will include:
    • Digital marketing initiatives, external communications, thought leadership, advertising campaigns, event management, product launches, and sustainability marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies to meet local market demands.
  • Providing guidance and support to a global team of Business Development Managers and the CHC Product Management Team across various product categories.
Your Qualifications:
  • A degree in business or a related field, ideally with a focus on marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or nutritional sectors.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and AI-driven content creation is advantageous.
