Overview

As a Client Support Representative (m/f/d) at Horizn Studios, you will serve as the voice of the company, addressing customer inquiries, providing product guidance, processing claims, gathering feedback, and much more. You will consistently deliver knowledgeable and friendly responses and solutions, inspiring our clients towards sustainable and innovative travel experiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Support and Inquiry Management: Alongside your team members, you will be the point of contact for our (new) clients via email and chat, handling a variety of requests related to our products, claims, orders, and more.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: You will work closely with internal teams such as Operations and Retail, as well as external partners like the Repair Center and shipping service providers.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: You will take initiative and think critically to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Feedback Collection: You will gather and relay client feedback to support the ongoing enhancement of products and services.
  • Project Ownership: You will take on individual projects and responsibilities, such as maintaining an internal knowledge database, ensuring efficient implementation.
  • Company Representation: You will represent Horizn Studios externally and contribute as an ambassador of our mission to achieve corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • You have experience working with CRM systems, databases, e-commerce tools, and/or customer service software.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, easily adapting to your conversation partner, quickly grasping issues, and expressing yourself clearly with a positive demeanor.
  • You have a strong service mentality and are a team player who enjoys building positive client relationships, assisting clients (and colleagues), and addressing and resolving issues and conflicts.
  • You are detail-oriented and meticulous, maintaining focus even when managing multiple tasks or repetitive duties.
  • You can support the team part-time (32 hours) at least 4 days a week, with a preference for being present at the Berlin headquarters 2 days a week.
