Als Client Support Representative (m/w/d) bei einem führenden Unternehmen bist du die Stimme, die das Unternehmen gegenüber unseren Klienten vertritt, ihre Anliegen bearbeitet, zu Produkten berät, Schadensmeldungen entgegennimmt, Rückmeldungen sammelt und vieles mehr. Du lieferst stets kompetente und freundliche Antworten und Lösungen und inspirierst so unsere Klienten zu nachhaltigem, innovativem Reisen.

Deine Tätigkeiten
  • Klientenbetreuung und Anfragebearbeitung: Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen bist du über Email und Chat Ansprechpartner:in für unsere (Neu-)Klienten und kümmerst dich um die vielfältigen Anliegen zu unseren Produkten, Schadensmeldungen, Bestellungen uvm.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen wie Operations und Retail sowie externen Partnern wie dem Reparaturzentrum und Logistikdienstleistern zusammen.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln: Du handelst eigenverantwortlich und denkst mit, um proaktiv Herausforderungen zu identifizieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Rückmeldungsmanagement: Du sammelst und leitest Klientenfeedback weiter, um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu unterstützen.
  • Eigene Projekte: Du übernimmst eigene Projekte und Verantwortlichkeiten, wie die Pflege einer internen Wissensdatenbank, und stellst sicher, dass diese effizient umgesetzt werden.
  • Unternehmensrepräsentation: Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen nach außen und trägst als Botschafter:in zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele bei.
Deine Erfahrung und Qualifikationen
  • Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Klientenservice oder einer ähnlichen Position sammeln.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit CRM-Systemen, Datenbanken, E-Commerce-Tools und/oder Klientenservice-Softwares.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent - es fällt dir leicht, dich auf deine:n Gesprächspartner:in einzustellen, du erfasst Sachverhalte schnell, hast eine positive und freundliche Art und kannst dich gut ausdrücken.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, dem:der es Freude bereitet, positive Klientenbeziehungen aufzubauen, Klienten (und Kolleg:innen) zu unterstützen und Herausforderungen anzugehen und zu lösen.
  • Du bist detailorientiert und sorgfältig und bleibst konzentriert, auch wenn mehrere Aufgaben parallel gelöst werden müssen oder sich Aufgaben wiederholen.
  • Du kannst das Team in Teilzeit (32h) an mindestens 4 Tagen pro Woche unterstützen. Das Team freut sich über deine Anwesenheit im Berliner Hauptsitz an 2 Tagen pro Woche.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
