Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to provide personal assistance to our managing partner at our headquarters. This role may also involve occasional travel for assignments in various regions.

Role Responsibilities
As an Executive Secretary / Management Assistant, your primary duties will include:

  • Facilitating communication and essential operations for the managing director.
  • Managing scheduling and appointment tracking in close collaboration with the executive board.
  • Ensuring efficient workflow and supporting various administrative tasks.
