Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial accounting division, focusing on both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Generate invoices, process payments, and track cash flow while managing outstanding debts and collections.
  • Ensure the integrity of creditor and debtor master data within the financial accounting system.
  • Evaluate and handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Engage in the automation and digital transformation of invoicing and payment workflows, alongside process enhancements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures.
  • Adapt to various project-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial accounting or managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with a solid numerical aptitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with familiarity in financial accounting software.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional communication abilities and a high sense of accountability.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
