Internal Audit Manager

At Raisin, we are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Group Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct Business and IT audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on governance and compliance issues.
- Support the team in preparing quarterly and annual reporting to Senior Management.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business/IT Audits, governance, risk, and compliance.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BaFin specific regulation and international frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with Google Suite/MS Office and various general ledger/subledger tools.
- Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year.
