Customer Interface/ Team Leader Aircraft Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Manager to join our team at AlphaConsult KG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our customer's projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the customer, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customer's key stakeholders, including production and quality teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with our project coordinator to ensure seamless project execution, including the management of workload and capacity.
  • Lead and motivate our team of aircraft managers and technical coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with our company's quality management system and relevant industry standards.
  • Perform annual performance appraisals of team members and ensure the qualification follow-up of aircraft managers and technical coordinators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proven experience in aeronautics, preferably in Airbus manufacturing of single-aisle aircraft.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and SAP, with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Autonomous, solution-oriented, and accurate working style, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
