We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Electronics Specialist to join our team at Safran Engineering Services. As an FTI Team Lead, you will be responsible for defining and setting up required capacity for all FTI activities, creating and communicating weekly repartition of the team, and ensuring achievement of performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and set up required capacity in accordance with workload for all FTI activities
- Create and communicate weekly repartition of the team
- Ensure achievement of performance targets
- Continuously improve processes and organization to improve efficiency
- Continuously improve skills by defining training needs and setting up training plans
- Ensure application of Quality and HSE rules
- Ensure achievement of customer and internal targets
Technical Responsibilities
- Planning, programming, and testing of FTI acquisition units before installation in aircraft
- Installation of all FTI equipment, including sensors, acquisition units, wires, and harnesses in aircraft and testing
- Checking and repairing cable bundles according to drawings
- Picking out the right sensors according to customer order, calibrating sensors, and sorting out defective sensors
- Calibrating sensors on test rigs according to customer requirements
- Manufacturing cable bundles according to customer requirements and drawings
- Producing and planning circuit diagrams after consultation with the customer
- Troubleshooting on measurement systems (on aircraft and in lab)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in aircraft electronics or harness manufacturing or FTI
- Basic skills in aircraft harness manufacturing
- Ability to read and create electronic drawings
- Ability to work and manage under pressure
- Assertiveness
- Customer-oriented mentality
