About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our business development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline through outbound channels, including cold messages on LinkedIn, emails, and calls
  • Execute lead generation activities, including research, outreach, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, customer-facing roles, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and sales automation tools
  • Affinity for technology and a drive to learn about building products, AI, and LLMs
  • Fluent in both English and another European language (preferably German or French)
  • Presentation skills and experience, whether in front of 3 or 200 people
