Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of SEO to lead our digital health strategy and drive our online presence forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our SEO strategy, leading a team of SEO specialists, and collaborating with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is search engine optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
  • Lead a team of SEO specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively
  • Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is search engine optimized and aligned with our SEO strategy
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the SEO field
  • Monitor and analyze our SEO performance using relevant tools and KPIs, and adjust our strategy accordingly
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in SEO, ideally within the e-commerce sector
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, as well as on-page and off-page optimization
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Creativity to discover new ways to consistently increase organic traffic
  • A passion for the latest trends and developments in the SEO field
  • Fluent in German and English
