As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our SEO strategy, leading a team of SEO specialists, and collaborating with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is search engine optimized.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute our SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities to push us to the top
- Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is search engine optimized
- Work with our development team to ensure our website is technically optimized for search engines
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our SEO efforts and adjust our strategy accordingly
- Several years of experience in SEO, ideally within the e-commerce sector
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, as well as on-page and off-page optimization
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Creativity to discover new ways to consistently increase organic traffic
- A passion for the latest trends and developments in the SEO field
- Fluent in German and English
