About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SEO to join our team at DocMorris. As a key member of our digital health strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of SEO specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our SEO strategy.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is optimized for search engines and relevant to our target audience.
  • Technical SEO: Work with our development team to ensure our website is technically sound and optimized for search engines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of our SEO efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in SEO, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, as well as on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Creativity to discover new ways to consistently increase organic traffic.
  • A passion for the latest trends and developments in the SEO field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
