Job Title: Global Mobility Vendor Management Specialist

BASF Services Europe GmbH is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Mobility Vendor Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing vendor relationships related to global mobility programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global mobility vendors, including relocation services providers, immigration firms, and other third-party service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the most effective vendor billing approach globally and that terms and conditions meet the organization's requirements.
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and performance metrics to track vendor performance against agreed-upon targets.
  • Assess and improve vendor management processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
  • Ensure that vendors comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to global mobility services.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage the budget for vendor services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that vendor services align with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in global mobility and vendor management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in global mobility vendor management or related field.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and vendor billing.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of financial reports, global mobility programs, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Gross annual salary: € 55,000 - € 59,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
